INTRODUCTION

enhancement of cultural traditions, social and gastronomic place, have prog ettato to achieve synergy with

This work is aimed primarily at students of secondary school and aims to make
a historical-cultural education and understanding of the area highlighting the crafts of
time and rediscovering the traditions.
The main purpose of the research is to bring the boys to the historical knowledge of the geographical reality in which they live
compared with that of other areas providing input for the reflex ion
technological innovations introduced over time in various production processes. Through this work we want to offer the new generations the opportunity to
regain possession of their own culture through the recovery of a sense of common roots.
